Euron. The whole list is here. It's nothing official or serious, just a fun list compiled by a pop culture website.

I think his ranking is right, even though so far I didn't see that many things to put Euron as #2

With Euron, they were partially going by the books. The Greyjoys are much worse in the books. Especially the older generation.

As for Petyr, he doesn't make much of an impression on me in the books. I just started the show, so we'll see.

Oh. I haven't read the Game of Thrones books. How were they worse?

I feel like his manipulation and how he set things in motion for a lot of things, is a real characterization of villain in action

I'm in the opposite situation. I haven't gotten far enough in the show to tell you how. I'm going what people who have both read the books and seen the show. Mostly, they're creepier with a lot of implied sexual abuse within the family.

Definitely. I didn't even realize how much he had set in motion until he took Sansa to the Vale.

^ Yeah, he was very shady, but he was good at his manipulation... once he starts to admit/we start to find out what he had done, things become very clear that he was the main villain to get things in motion
